I was babysitting a friends children earlier this week, and I was it total heaven. Not only did I get a scrumptious meal cooked for me, a honeycomb magnum (ice cream), I also got a pile of her great food magazines to keep me occupied all night.
I love flicking through food magazines, my heart skips a beat and I get so excited and enthusiastic when I look at them, thousands of ideas run through my head. How did they do that? Wow look at that prop! What could I make? How could I photograph it? I don’t get excited about much but food that is presented and photographed well makes me so happy, it just so inspiring. This next recipe is inspired by my night of indulgent magazine flicking.

Wow love your blog, you are an amazing stylist and photographer – it makes me miss cool Melbourne people even more!
Hi Laura,
Thank you for your kind words. You should come back soon its a nice city.
When are the raspberries added?
Just throw them in once its all assembled. Hope that helps.
Hey…can we make this without using the eggs ? I know that it might not turn out to be the same but still would it be okay ? Plz reply n ya thanx for sharing this mouthwatering recipe… 🙂
I have never tried it with out eggs but sure, why not give it a go. You will need something to replace the moisture in the brownie as you will be taking out 5 eggs, I would try adding some plain yogurt, or maybe some apple sauce. I used apple sauce in a cake once when I ran out of eggs and it worked a treat. You can also buy egg substitutes from the supermarket if your allergic to eggs. If you do try it, please let me know how you go.
Good luck.
Sophia
Will the cheesecake set once you take it out of the oven? When i took mine out the top wasn’t baked. It was somewhat jiggly.
Hi,
