Okay these have to be the easiest cookies in the world, 3 ingredients all thrown into a bowl and tada they’re done.
I have become a bit of a Pintrest fan of late and these cookies have been making the rounds. I kept coming across them so added them to my list of must dos. Some of the amazing sites I found them on through pintrest are…..

I have been having huge cookie cravings of late, I’m not sure if its because its getting colder and there is nothing better than a steaming hot cuppa with a yummy cookie. The weather in Melbourne has been freezing and the winds have been so strong, there are so many trees knocked down, a brick wall has even fallen down and killed a man, its been that strong. I though at one stage my car was going to take flight and be taken by the wind. I even saw a road work sign with big neon lights, knock down and all the solar panels on it smashed, surprisingly it still worked. The winds have been blowing all these leaves under the door of my house bring winter inside, you just can’t escape the winter when it comes. Baking cookies not only warms the soul the oven warms the house and makes you forget the coldness of the out doors.
These cookies are best eaten straight out of the oven, they have a crunchy top and a chewy center. When they cool they lose there super crunch outer and become a lot more ordinary. Sooooo make sure you you have lots of people around you when you pull them out or you will eat them all.
- 400g tub Nutella
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 egg
- Pre heat oven to 200C
- Place the Nutella, flour and eggs into a bowl and stir until combined.
- Roll the mixture into balls and then place on a lined baking tray.
- Press the cookies down with a fork and place in the oven.
- Bake for 15 min or until cooked.
